![Immunohistochemistry: CD68/SR-D1 Antibody (A3C3-R) [NBP3-32163] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue with Mouse anti-CD68/SR-D1 antibody (NBP3-32163) at 1/1,000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32163) at 1/1,000 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (iFluor™ 488) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Nuclear DNA was labelled in blue with DAPI. beta Tubulin (red) was stained at 1/100 dilution overnight at +4℃. ![Immunohistochemistry: IL-6 Antibody [NBP1-77894] - Shows nuclear positivity of islets of Langerhans (brown staining) and cytoplasmic staining in mouse pancreas at 10x and 20x (B & C). Staining was performed on Leica Bond system using the standard protocol. Formalin fixed/paraffin embedded tissue sections were subjected to antigen retrieval with E1 (Leica Microsystems) retrieval solution for 20 min and then incubated with rabbit anti-mouse IL-6 antibody at 1:50 dilution for 60 minutes.
