![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TLR7 Antibody [NB100-56588] - Analysis of FFPE human brain using TLR7 antibody at 1:20 on a Bond Rx autostainer (Leica Biosystems). The assay involved 20 minutes of heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER) using 10 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and endogenous peroxidase quenching with peroxide block. The sections were incubated with primary antibody for 30 minutes and Bond Polymer Refine Detection (Leica Biosystems) with DAB was used for signal development followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin. Whole slide scanning and capturing of representative images was performed using Aperio AT2 (Leica Biosystems). Neuronal staining of TLR7 was observed. ![Western Blot: NOD1 Antibody [NB100-56152] - Evo induces apoptotic cell death of HepG2 & SMMC-7721 cells via the NOD1-mediated apoptotic pathway in vitro. HepG2 & SMMC-7721 cells were treated with 10 µg/mL IE-DAP for 2 h before exposure to 1 µM Evo. Apoptosis (A), cycle arrest (B), apoptosis-related protein levels (C) & the proteins’ levels of NOD1 pathway (D) in treated & untreated cells were measured by 5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine (EdU) (×40), cellular propidium iodide (PI) fluorescence & Western blot methods. The percentage of proliferating cells (EdU+) was quantitated using ImageJ software (National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD, USA).
