![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: eIF2A Antibody (3A7B11) [NBP2-26296] - IHC analysis of formalin fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human breast cancer using eIF2A (3A7B11) antibody at 1:200 on a Bond Rx autostainer (Leica Biosystems). The assay involved 20 minutes of heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER) using 10mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and endogenous peroxidase quenching with peroxide block. The sections were incubated with primary antibody for 30 minutes and Bond Polymer Refine Detection (Leica Biosystems) with DAB was used for signal development followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin. Whole slide scanning and capturing of representative images was performed using Aperio AT2 (Leica Biosystems). Cytoplasmic and perinuclear staining was observed. ![Immunoprecipitation: UHRF1 Antibody [NB100-74597] - Detection of human NP95/UHRF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NP95/UHRF1 antibody NB100-74597 (lot NB100-74597-3) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. NP95/UHRF1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NB100-74597-2). For blotting immunoprecipitated NP95/UHRF1, NB100-74597 was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Z-scores are described in units of standard deviations (SD's) above the mean value of all signals generated on that array. If targets on HuProt(TM) are arranged in descending order of the Z-score, the S-score is the difference (also in units of SD's) between the Z-score. S-score therefore represents the relative target specificity of a MAb to its intended target.
