Background

The proteosome has long been thought of as the default mechanism for waste elimination within the cell. Recently, however, the proteosome has been recognized as an essential organelle necessary for the processing of antigens, the transcription factor NFkB and other proteins as well. Central to the function of the proteosome is the ubiquitinization of target proteins by a number of unique ubiquitin activation enzymes.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
