• Specificity: Identifies recombinant rat Syntaxin 12 and will detect an ~38 kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Syntaxin 12 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from mouse, rat, dog and hamster origins. Additional bands of 27 and 37 kD may also be recognized in these lysates, and are believed to correspond to degradation products of Syntaxin 12.
