SSH3 Antibody

Western Blot: SSH3 Antibody [NB100-60675] - Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 ug) cells. NB100-60675 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. SSH3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SSH3 antibody NB100-60674, which recognizes an upstream epitope.

Background

SSH3, also known as slingshot-3, may function as a phosphatase that activates the actin severing protein, ADF/cofilin to indfluence actin dynamics. There are three members of the slingshot family, SSH1, SSH2, and SSH3.
