Western Blot: PPP1R18 Antibody [NBP2-59123] - Detection of human PPP1R18 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PPP1R18 antibody NBP2-59123 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation: PPP1R18 Antibody [NBP2-59123] - Detection of human PPP1R18 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PPP1R18 antibody NBP2-59123 used for IP at 50 ul per reaction. PPP1R18 was also immunoprecipitated by two other rabbit anti-PPP1R18 antibodies. For blotting immunoprecipitated PPP1R18, NBP2-59123 was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
