Background

The PHF14 gene encodes a PHD finger protein 14 that in isoform 1 is 888 amino acids long at 100 kDA and in isoform 2 is 663 amino acids long at 75 kDA. PHF14 interacts with the ETS1, PCBD2, and the H2AFY genes. It has been linked to cerebellar disease and Dandy-Walker syndrome.
