• Description: This antibody is purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
• Immunogen: Immunogen: This antibody was affinity purified from whole rabbit serum prepared by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 310-325 of rabbit MAPKAPK2 conjugated to KLH using maleimide. A terminal cysteine residue was added to facilitate coupling.
• Specificity: This antibody is directed against rabbit MAPKAP Kinase 2. This polyclonal anti-MAPKAP Kinase 2 antibody recognizes native and over-expressed protein found in various tissues.
