Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: IFT88 Antibody [NB100-2475] - Analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HepG2 cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL), showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/mL).

Flow Cytometry: IFT88 Antibody [NB100-2475] - Analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HepG2 cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Background

This gene encodes a member of the tetratrico peptide repeat (TPR) family. Mutations of a similar gene in mouse can cause polycystic kidney disease. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.
