| Description | A recombinant protein corresponding to Human GSK-3 beta |
| Preparation Method |
>90% SDS-PAGE |
| Details of Functionality | Specifications/Test method: Activity of GSK-3B was determined by an in vitro kinase assay using 100 ng Tau as substrate and 1 ug of the recombinant GSK-3B in a 20 ul reaction containing 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 5 mM B-glycerol phosphate, 12 mM MgCl2, 2 mM DTT, 0.1 M Na3VO4, and 200 uM ATP. After 30 minutes incubation at 30C, phosphorylation of Tau by the recombinant GSK-3B was determined by Western blot using a phospho-Tau antibody. |

Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) Markers Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) is the trans-differentiation of stationary epithelial cells into motile mesenchymal cells. During EMT, epithelial cells lose their junctions and apical-basal polarity, reorganize their cytoskeleton, undergo a... Read full blog post. |
