Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: GSDMDC1 Antibody (3G1A6) - Cleaved, N-terminal [NBP3-33474] - Confocal imaging of THP-1 cells (treated with PMA and LPS) and THP-1 cells (untreated) cells using [KO Validated] GSDMDC1 Rabbit mAb followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 100x.

Background

Gasdermin D is a member of the gasdermin family. Members of this family appear to play a role in regulation of epithelial proliferation. Gasdermin D has been suggested to act as a tumor suppressor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Oct 2009]
