Background

The FOXJ3 protein encodes a forkhead box protein J3 that in isoform 1 is 622 amino acids long, 68 kDA and in isoform 2 is 588 amino acids long at 65 kDA. It interacts with genes MED23, GUCA2B, ZMYND12, TERF1, and TERF2.
