Background

FLG2, also known as Filaggrin-2, is a 248 kDa 2,391 amino acid protein, and is in the S100-fused protein family. This protein has also been shown to have interactions with AGO1, AMBRA1, ATG12, ATG13, and ATG4B. Disease research is currently being studied with relation to FDX1L and psoriasis, eczema herpeticumrenal, and cell carcinoma.
