![Western Blot: DARC Antibody - BSA Free [NBP1-77278] - DARC Antibody [NBP1-77278] - DARC expression in monocytes is dependent on an IL-22/IL-22Ra1-STAT5b signaling axis. THP1 cells were incubated with 20 ng/mL IL-22 in the absence or presence of the indicated concentrations of the STAT5b inhibitor, CAS285989, for 24 h and DARC protein expression was determined by immunoblotting assay. Western blot was quantified and expressed as the ratio of DARC and beta-actin intensity. Data are representative of three independent experiments with similar results. ![Immunohistochemistry: CD-M6PR Antibody (PSH01-06) [NBP3-32555] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue with Rabbit anti-CD-M6PR antibody (NBP3-32555) at 1/1,000 dilution.
