(A) Quantification of IFN-gamma , IL-10, & IL-13 in plasma exosomes from normal donors & grade 4 GBM patients' plasma exosomes (mean ± SEM, n = 4/group, *P < 0.05). (B) Quantification of B7-1, B7-2, & ICOSL in plasma exosomes from normal donors & grade 4 GBM patients' plasma exosomes (mean ± SEM, n = 4/group). (C) Quantification of the immunosuppressive checkpoint & T cell costimulatory homolog protein PD-L1 in plasma exosomes from normal donors & grade 4 GBM patients' plasma exosomes (mean ± SEM, n = 4/group). Interestingly, PD-L1 is found at similar levels in both normal donor & glioma patient plasma exosomes & these findings were confirmed by western blot.
