Western Blot: TMEM33 Antibody [NBP2-59137] - Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, HEK293T, and A-549 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMEM33 antibody used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: TMEM33 Antibody [NBP2-59137] - Detection of human TMEM33 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TMEM33 antibody NBP2-59137 (lot NBP2-59137-2) used for IP at 40 ul per reaction. TMEM33 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP2-59137-1). For blotting immunoprecipitated TMEM33, NBP2-59137 was used at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
