Western Blot: RAI16 Antibody [NBP3-15603] - Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using RAI16 antibody (NBP3-15603) at 1:1000 dilution. Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 3min.

Immunoprecipitation: RAI16 Antibody [NBP3-15603] - Immunoprecipitation analysis of 600ug extracts of Rat testis cells using 3ug RAI16 antibody (NBP3-15603). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using RAI16 antibody (NBP3-15603) at a dilition of 1:1000.
