Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-METTL14 antibody NBP2-76819 used for IP at 15 ul per reaction. METTL14 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-METTL14 antibody NBP2-76359. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
