GPR97 Antibody (2435C) [Unconjugated]

Western blot shows lysates of HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected or transfected with human GPR97 and eGFP. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human GPR97 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB10097) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for GPR97 at approximately 75 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Background

Adhesion G protein-coupled receptor G3 (ADGRG3, GPR97 or PGR26) is an orphan GPCR receptor that in vitro regulates migration of lymphatic endothelial cells via the small GTPases RhoA and CDC42. GPR97 is a 549 aminoacids (aa) 7-transmembrane domain (7TM) receptor belonging to the secretin sub-family of GPCR. Human GPR97 is expressed in granulocytes and endothelial cells of the vasculature.
