Cells were fixed with 4% PFA,blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP3-06018 (dilution ratio 1:100) at 4 overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.

Background

GPR63 (PSP24 Beta) is a Lysophospholipid/Lysosphingolipid Receptor. GPR63 expression has been reported in several brain regions, including caudate, frontal cortex, hypothalamus, midbrain, and thalamus, as well as in small intestine, stomach, and thymus. ESTs have been isolated from anaplastic oligodendroglioma, colon, and testis cancer libraries.
