Western Blot: DTYMK Antibody [NBP2-59095] - Detection of human and mouse DTYMK by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, 293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DTYMK antibody NBP2-59095 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: DTYMK Antibody [NBP2-59095] - Detection of human DTYMK by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DTYMK antibody NBP2-59095 used for IP at 20 ul per reaction. DTYMK was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-DTYMK antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated DTYMK, NBP2-59095 was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
