Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: DRIL1 Antibody [NBP1-31418] - Paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using DRIL1 antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with an alpha Tubulin antibody (Red) at 1:2000.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: DRIL1 Antibody [NBP1-31418] - Paraffin-embedded OVCA, using antibody at 1:100 dilution.

Immunoprecipitation of DRIL1 protein by 2 ug of DRIL1 antibody 7.5% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated DRIL1 protein was detected by DRIL1 antibody diluted at 1:1000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.

Background

This gene encodes a member of the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) family of DNA binding proteins. It was found by homology to the Drosophila dead ringer gene, which is important for normal embryogenesis. Other ARID family members have roles in embryonic patterning, cell lineage gene regulation, cell cycle control, transcriptional regulation, and possibly in chromatin structure modification.
