![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: MAP2 Antibody [NBP3-05552] - Immunofluorescent analysis of rat brain stem section stained with goat pAb to MAP2 at a dilution of 1:2,000 in red, and costained with mouse mAb to MBP at a dilution of 1:5,000, in green. Following transcardial perfusion of rat with 4% paraformaldehyde, brain was post fixed for 24 hours, cut to 45uM, and free-floating sections were stained with above antibodies.
