207-IL) stimulates proliferation in PHA-activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human IL-7 (2.5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human IL-7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB207). The ND50 is typically 0.4-0.8 µg/mL." class="big_lightbox" target="_blank">
207-IL) was serially diluted and captured by Mouse Anti-Human IL‑7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB207) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Goat Anti-Human IL‑7 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF-207-NA) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)" class="big_lightbox" target="_blank">
407-ML) stimulates proliferation in PHA-activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Mouse IL-7 (1.5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Mouse IL-7 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF407). The ND50 is typically 0.2-0.4 µg/mL." class="big_lightbox" target="_blank">

207-IL), Recombinant Mouse IL-7 (407-ML) and Recombinant Rat IL-7 (7857-RL). PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human IL-7 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF-207-NA) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody HAF109). A specific band was detected for IL-7 at approximately 17 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3." class="big_lightbox" target="_blank">

Interleukin-7 (IL-7, previously known as lymphopoietin-1 and pre-B-cell growth factor) is a hematopoietic growth factor that stimulates early B and T cells. It can also co-stimulate the proliferation of mature T cells with other factors such as ConA (concanavalin A) and IL-2. IL-7 can induce the formation of lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells, it also plays a role in the development of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL). IL-7 can stimulate the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and enhance the tumoricidal activity of monocytes/macrophages. It is produced by thymic stromal cells, spleen cells and keratinocytes. Human and murine IL-7 show cross-species reactivity.
