The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. In contrast the phosphorylated NF-H has a much more restricted expression pattern, being found only in developed axonal neurofilaments. NBP2-50051 stains the neuronal perikarya, dendrites and axonal process strongly and does not stain non neuronal cells in these cultures. The MAP2 antibody also stains neurons only, but only the perikarya and dendrites.
