Cells were probed with a GAPDH monoclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:100 for at least 1 hour at room temperature, washed with PBS, and incubated with DyLight 488 goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:400 for 30 minutes at room temperature. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 ug/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human HIF-1 alpha Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP2-75978) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018).
