![Western blot analysis on different lysates with NBP2-67186 at 1/1,000 dilution. Lane 1: Mouse small intestine tissue lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 2: Mouse colon tissue lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 3: Rat colon tissue lysate (20 µg/Lane) Lane 4: Rat uterus tissue lysate (20 µg/Lane) Predicted band size: 75 kDa Observed band size: 68 kDa Exposure time: 3 minutes; 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. NBP2-67186 at 1/1,000 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at 4℃ overnight. ![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: TLR7 Antibody [NBP2-24767] - Human brain using 1:50 dilution of TLR7 antibody on a Bond Rx autostainer (Leica Biosystems). The assay involved 20 minutes of heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER) using 10mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and endogenous peroxidase quenching with peroxide block. The sections were incubated with primary antibody for 30 minutes and Bond Polymer Refine Detection (Leica Biosystems) with DAB was used for signal development followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin. Whole slide scanning and capturing of representative images (20X) was performed using Aperio AT2 (Leica Biosystems). Punctate staining of neurons was observed.
