![Flow Cytometry: TCR gamma/delta Antibody (5A6.E91) [NBP2-22489] - Flow cytometry analysis of TCR gamma/delta on TCR gamma/delta positive PEER cells or TCR gamma/delta negative Jurkat cells. Equal numbers of cells were stained with a TCR gamma + delta (5A6.E9) monoclonal antibody followed by FITC labeled secondary antibody or with FITC labeled secondary antibody alone (black histograms). 5ul of primary antibody were used per test. All antibody incubations were performed for 30 minutes at room temperature.
