The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32134) at 1μg/mL dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. ![ELISA: Chicken anti-Human IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody [NB120-6713] - ELISA Results of Purified Chicken anti-Human IgG (H+L) Secondary antibody tested against purified Human IgG. Each well was coated in duplicate with 10 ug of Human IgG. The working dilution of Anti-Human IgG is 1:110,000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5ug/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody.
