• Comments: HEK lysates were blotted into PVDF membrane and blocked for 1 hour at room temperature in 3% milk blocking solution. Primary antibody rabbit anti-Pcdh15 was used at 1:1,000 in 3% milk and was incubated overnight at 4C. Secondary antibody was a donkey anti-rabbit -HRP and was used at a dilution 1:5,000 in 3% milk. The incubation with the secondary antibody was for 1hour at room temperature
