Immunoprecipitation: PALMD Antibody [NBP2-76370] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PALMD antibody NBP2-76370 used for IP at 15 ul per reaction. PALMD was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PALMD antibody NBP2-76369. For blotting immunoprecipitated PALMD was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
