Tissue Culture Substratum: PALMD Antibody [NBP2-76369] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (15 ug) from HeLa, Hep-G2, and K562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PALMD antibody NBP2-76369 used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: PALMD Antibody [NBP2-76369] - Detection of human PALMD by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PALMD antibody NBP2-76369 used for IP at 100 ul per reaction. PALMD was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PALMD antibody NBP2-76370. For blotting immunoprecipitated PALMD, NBP2-76369 was used at 1:100. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
