Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: MRPL34 Antibody [NBP2-97371] - Immunofluorescence staining of MRPL34 in HEK293 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-97371 antibody (dilution ratio 1:200) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.

Background

MRPL34, also known as 39 S ribosomal protein L34, mitochondrial, is a 10.2 kDa, 92 amino acid protein that is involved in mitochondrial protein synthesis as a member of the ribosomal protein L34P family. Currently, there is no research linking this protein to any diseases. The protein interacts with MRPL2, MRPL24, MRPL11, MRPL13, and MRPL22.
