Background

KCTD20, also known as BTB/POZ domain-containing protein KCTD20, consists of a 419 amino acid long isoform that is 47 kDa and a shorter 253 amino acid isoform that is 29 kDa. This protein has also been shown to have interactions with MARK4, MAP3K8, UBC, and PPP1CA. KCTD20 is also called Potassium Channel Tetramerisation Domain Containing 20.
