Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Human ESC Marker Antibody Pack [NBP1-42825] - TRA-1-81 was detected in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells using Mouse Anti-Human TRA-1-81 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-1833) at 10 ug/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Western Blot: Human ESC Marker Antibody Pack [NBP1-42825] - Whole cell protein from human ES cells (lane 1), human NTERA-2 cells (lane 2), mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEF, lane 3) and mouse V6.5 ES cells (lane 4, NBP1-97433) were separated on a 7.5% gel and transferred to PVDF membrane. The membrane was then incubated with anti-TRA1-60(R) antibody at 2 ug/ml and detected with an anti-mouse IgM secondary antibody using chemiluminescence. Background

The Human Embryonic Stem Cell Marker Panel is designed to analyze the undifferentiation/differentiation status of human ES cells by analyzing hESC marker expressions. The panel contains the antibodies to well-characterized human embryonic stem cell markers such as Nanog, Oct-3/4, SSEA-1, SSEA-3. and Anti-E-Cadherin. It is useful to identify as well as validate newly isolated or cultured human embryonic stem cell (hESC).
