Background

GPR35 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. GPR35 expression was reported only in rat intestine by Northern hybridization, however, another study showed that GPR35 is expressed widely, including pancreatic islets and skeletal muscle, with higher levels in adult lung, small intestine, colon, and stomach. ESTs have been isolated from human fetal lung/testis/B-cell, colon (normal, cancer, and Crohn's disease), breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and leukemia libraries.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Peptides and proteins are guaranteed for 3 months from date of receipt.

Molarity Calculator

Calculate the mass, volume, or concentration required for a solution.

The molarity calculator is based on the following equation:

Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) x Volume (L) x Molecular Weight (g/mol)

As an example, if the molecular weight of a compound is 197.13 g/mol and the desired concentration is 10 mM for 10 ml of water based stock solution, the required mass would be = 19.713 (value determined by this calculator).
