Immunohistochemistry: APR3 Antibody [NBP2-76907] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue using anti-APR3 antibody. Counter stained with hematoxylin.

Flow Cytometry: APR3 Antibody [NBP2-76907] - Flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 cells with APR3 antibody at 1/100 dilution (Pink purple) compared with an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; Yellow). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.

Background

APR3 is thought to be involved in apoptosis, and may also be involved in hematopoietic development and differentiation. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
