Expression of FP proteins was confirmed by fluorescence imaging with DFX treatment. Bar is 10 μm. (b) U2OS & U2OSGFP–HIF-1 alpha -47PR cells were exposed to 1% O2 for the indicated periods of time prior to lysis. Cell extracts were analysed by western blot using the indicated antibodies. (c) U2OS cells were transfected with 1 μg of control & HIF-1 alpha -47snoMEN vectors for 48 hours prior to lysis. DFX was added for the last 24 hours.
