![Western Blot: Endophilin B1/Bif-1 Antibody (30A882.1.1) [NBP2-24733] - Amino acid E28 on Bif-1 is important for calpain-mediated processing and autophagic clearance of p62. The myc-tagged constructs: wild-type Endophilin B1/Bif-1 and E28A Endophilin B1/Bif-1 were transfected into H1299 cells. 24h later, the cells were treated or not with 100nM thapsigargin for 1h. Afterwards, the cell lysates were prepared and analyzed by western blot with the indicated antibodies. ![Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Endophilin B1/Bif-1 Antibody (30A882.1.1) [NBP2-24733] - IHC analysis of formalin fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human kidney using 5 ug/ml conc. of Endophilin B1 antibody (clone 30A882.1.1) on a Bond Rx autostainer (Leica Biosystems). The assay involved 20 minutes of heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER) using 10mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) and endogenous peroxidase quenching with peroxide block. The sections were incubated with primary antibody for 30 minutes and Bond Polymer Refine Detection (Leica Biosystems) with DAB was used for signal development followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin. Whole slide scanning and capturing of representative images was performed using Aperio AT2 (Leica Biosystems). Cytoplasmic staining of Endophilin B1 was observed.
