![Immunohistochemistry Free-Floating: NF-M Antibody (MCA-3H11) [NBP2-31206] - Analysis of adult rat frontal cortex section stained with mouse neurofilament NF-M mAb, dilution 1:5,000 (Green), and costained with chicken neurofilament NF-H pAb, dilution 1:5,000 (Red). Following transcardial perfusion of rat with 4% paraformaldehyde, brain was post fixed for 24hrs, cut to 45uM, and free-floating sections were stained with above antibodies.
