PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 of Mouse Anti-Human IRF3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP1-04308) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF018). Specific band was detected for IRF3 at approximately 55 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HeLa cell line.
