Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-98433 antibody (1:1000) at 4C overnight. ![Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: VE-Cadherin Antibody (PSH03-15) [NBP3-33088] - Immunocytochemistry analysis of HeLa cells labeling VE-Cadherin with Rabbit anti-VE-Cadherin antibody (NBP3-33088) at 1/100 dilution.<br/><br/> Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with 1% BSA in 10% negative goat serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with Rabbit anti-VE-Cadherin antibody (NBP3-33088) at 1/100 dilution in 1% BSA in PBST overnight at 4 ℃. The blue is Hoechst staining of nuclear DNA. Following transcardial perfusion of rat with 4% paraformaldehyde, brain was post fixed for 24 hours, cut to 45uM, and free-floating sections were stained with above antibodies.
