![Immunohistochemistry: Cyclophilin 40 Antibody (PSH02-71) [NBP3-32238] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue with Rabbit anti-Cyclophilin 40 antibody (NBP3-32238) at 1/2,000 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0) for 20 minutes. Cells was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 1 h at RT; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with primary antibody overnight at 4C. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1/250 was used as secondary.
