![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: MKK4/MEK4 Antibody (2 E4) [NBP2-22482] - Analysis of MAP2K4 using anti-MAP2K4 monoclonal antibody shows specific expression in HeLa cells (shown in green) but not in negative control NRK cells. Formalin fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes at room temperature. Cells were blocked with 1% Blocker BSA for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with a mouse monoclonal antibody recognizing MAP2K4, at a dilution of 1:50 for at least 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were washed with PBS and incubated with DyLight 488 goat-anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:400 for 30 minutes at room temperature.
