• Application Notes: WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 35 kDa band in testis and brain lysates after 0.3 ug/ml antibody staining. The 35 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC-P: Human small intestine shows primarily nuclear staining in a number of cells of the lamina propria.

Background

BAZ2B may play a role in transcriptional regulation interacting with ISWI. It is expressed at varying levels in several tissues, whereas a smaller transcript was expressed specifically in testis.
