![Flow Cytometry: CD82/Kai-1 Antibody (C33) [NBP2-21792] - Flow Cytometry: [PerCP] [NBP2-21792PCP] - A cell surface (A) and intracellular stain (B) was performed on Daudi cells with CD82/Kai-1 (C33) antibody NBP2-21792PCP along with a matched isotype control NB600-986PCP. The cell surface stain was performed in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL and incubated at RT for 20 minutes. Prior to intracellular staining, the cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1 % saponin. The cells were then incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL at RT for 30 minutes. Both antibodies were conjugated to Peridinin-Chlorophyll-Protein complex.
