![Flow Cytometry: IL-13 Antibody (13A) [NBP1-43239] - Analysis using PE conjugate of NBP1-43239. BALB/c splenocytes were stimulated for 3 days with plate-bound Anti-Mouse CD3e Functional Grade Purified (cat. 16-0031), soluble Anti-Mouse CD28 Functional Grade Purified (cat. 16-0281), Mouse IL-2 Recombinant Protein (cat. 14-8021), and Mouse IL-4 Recombinant Protein (cat. 14-8041). Cells were then restimulated with Cell Stimulation Cocktail (plus protein transport inhibitors) for 5 hours. Following restimulation, cells were fixed and permeabilized then stained with Anti-Mouse CD4 FITC (cat. 11-0042) and 0.125 ug of Rat IgG1 K Isotype Control PE (cat. 12-4301) or 0.125 ug of Anti-Mouse IL-13 PE.
