![Western Blot: IFN-gamma Antibody (D9D10) [NBP2-81044] - Western Blot using anti-IFN gamma antibody (D9D10) [NBP2-81044]. Human thymus lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on a 15% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with the rabbit IgG-chimeric version of D9D10 [NBP2-81044] at 0.1 ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. Protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected unmodified running size for IFN gamma is 19.3kDa, though the form shown here is likely glycosylated.
