![Western Blot: NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (6E5A7) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free [NBP3-20156] - K562(A) (2ug/ml) and human peripheral blood monocytes(B) (2ug/ml) cells lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a SDS PAGE gel and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of 6E5A7 (NBP3-20156) before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody.
